The idea for this post came out of a webinar I just attended. They were talking about making sure people knew your products strengths vs. your main competition. After a bit of head scratching I realized that we replace more Excel spreadsheets than anything else. So I thought, lets compare ELTON to Excel. Now this is a little tongue in cheek, but you get the idea. I have worked with companies with over $750 million dollars of revenue to institute a good solid Equipment Tracking system and the incumbent was Excel. Crazy but true, it just shows how equipment tracking is usually just an afterthought. Enjoy our comparison.
